Our Company specialized in the purchasing and selling of real estate in all the United Arab Emirates and specifically, Dubai.
At its beginning in 2005, the Company’s buying and selling focused on Palm Jumeirah Island and Palm Jabel Ali. At that time, sales had exceeded 4 billion Dirhams, 3.5 billion Dirhams were from Palm Jumeirah Island and Palm Jabel Ali transactions.
As the market improved in 2013 and 2014, the number of investors increased and the company’s sales increased. To meet the market needs, our company began to focus on the off-plan projects for the main developers in Dubai specifically Emaar, Miras, Dubai Properties, Damac, Nakheel, Meydan, and many more.
